How to return or exchange FeetWell comfort essentials within 30 days.
30-day window
Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, compression socks must be unopened.
Exchanges & sizing
Wrong size? Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange an exchange for the closest available size.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
