The terms that apply when you buy from FeetWell.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging a different amount.
Product use
FeetWell products are comfort and wellness products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a health concern, speak with a qualified professional.
Replacement before refund
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or in the wrong size, we first offer a free replacement shipped at our cost. If you prefer not to accept a replacement, we refund the item to the original payment method. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, which is the US standard we apply to every order.
Orders ending in 0 are doubled
Every order whose order number ends in 0 is shipped doubled at no extra cost. There is nothing to claim: we duplicate the contents at dispatch.

Conditions: the order subtotal must be $49.99 or more before shipping and taxes. The promotion applies once per order and only to orders that are paid, not cancelled and not refunded. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back or re-placed after cancellation are not eligible, and repeated cancel-and-reorder attempts to obtain a doubled order void the benefit. Order numbers are assigned automatically at checkout and cannot be chosen, changed or requested. Doubling covers the purchased items only; free gifts, bundles gifts and promotional add-ons are not duplicated. FeetWell may suspend the promotion at any time for future orders and may decline it in cases of abuse or suspected fraud.
Coupons and games
Coupons won through the FeetWell Match & Win game are personal, limited to one play per day per visitor, cannot be combined with another coupon and expire 30 days after issue. They carry no minimum order and no cash value.
