Processing times, delivery estimates and shipping costs for FeetWell orders.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. During launch weeks and holiday peaks, preparation can take up to 3 business days.
Delivery times & cost
Standard US delivery takes 5–10 days from the moment the order is placed, depending on where you are in the country, and is free on every order with no minimum. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel ships.
Where orders ship from
FeetWell stock is held in the United States, Europe and Asia. Most US orders ship from our United States stock; when an item is temporarily held elsewhere, it ships from the nearest available warehouse and the delivery window above still applies.
Bundles and partial shipments
Bundles usually ship together. If one item needs longer, we ship the rest first at no extra cost and send a second tracking link.
